Refund policy

Returns
Because our products are made to order, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for the wrong size, colour, or change of mind. Please double-check our size guide before ordering.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we’ll replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you. Just contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we’ll make it right.

Refunds
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for it to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges because all products are printed on demand. If you need a different size or design, please place a new order once your refund or replacement is processed.
